During the unusually snowy days of an early February, I created these pieces using Sarcococca berries from Bellingham's Edgemoor neighborhood and melted snow. The qualities of the snow water caused the Sarcococca's hues to cool and allowed me to add delicate, transparent details.
This is a set of THREE prints. Each one is 18x24 inches and works well framed, with or without a mat, and also displays nicely without any frame. I like using metal bulldog clips.
I handwrite the color sources and individually sign each print.
The paper is luxuriously textured, matte, archival, pH-neutral and 400 gsm.
Your prints will ship rolled in a sturdy tube. To flatten, unroll and while the prints are still in their plastic sleeve, place a few heavy books on top until the paper lays as flat as you'd like. For faster results, flatten each print separately.
