During the snowy days of early February 2019, I created a series of paintings using Sarcococca berries from Bellingham's Edgemoor neighborhood and melted snow. The qualities of the snow water caused the sarcococca's hues to cool and allowed me to add delicate, transparent details.
I handwrite the pigment sources and individually sign each print.
This print is 8x10 inches and works well framed, with or without a mat, and also displays nicely without any frame. I like using metal bulldog clips.
This print will ship flat when ordered alone or with other 8x10 inch prints. It will ship in a tube when ordered with larger prints. To flatten, place a few heavy books on top until it lays as flat as you'd like.
