Privet berry, rose hip and chard stem natural pigment inks on paper. 30x20 inches.
These pigments (and several more) were sourced from a single backyard in the Cornwall Park neighborhood of Bellingham, Washington. Privet berries, early rose hips and chard stems created the blues, pinks and tawny hues you see in these transparent layers.
